Summerday

I love summer; just as long as the temperature is below 35 and above 25.

(dis)connected

Connection.
Whether it be relationship or friendship,
Whether we’re connected or disconnected,
Or how close are we connected,
Or how close are we disconnected,
It’s all up to our own interpretation.
Connection.
Just like any form of art.

When I took this picture, I was wondering, how many people whould say that it is connected, and how many would say its disconnected.

The beginning

Where to start? Let’s start at the beginning. I reckon that’s a good place to start..

I have always enjoyed photography, but I have always been a conventional photographer following the rules and technical bits it was verging on boring.

I then stopped putting effort into taking creative or good photographs for a while. I couldn’t even be bothered to find any inspiration to take any cool photographs. So, by starting this blog, I hope it will push me to think out of the box and take some kick-arse shots.

I was inspired after a conversation with a friend, Dan, one night. See, I basically lost interest in photography, but I still do enjoy seeing people improving in photography and taking awesome, jaw-dropping photographs. After hanging out with Dan for a couple of nights, he said a lot of things that sparked my interest. Although it wasn’t direct, he inspired me to bring myself to the next level and push myself out of my boundaries to do unique and different photographs. So that is how I decided to start this blog.

Hopefully this passion and enthusiasm don’t die and this blog continues to live. I reckon whether I get one visitor a week or thirty a day, I am still going to keep this blog updated as much as I possibly and humanely could.

Be nice and leave a comment on your way out - whether nasty or not, that’s totally another different question. Leave lots of criticisms and be honest with your thoughts - I am not easily offended so do your best.
